This is my own journey to health...
I used to be where you are, emotional eating was a big thing for me. If I had something to celebrate, I would eat. If I was stressed, I would eat. If I was rushing around on the go, I would just grab something quick to eat.
I was tired of dieting, researching and trying the latest thing all my friends were raving about. The irony is that I loved research and used to spend hours investigating what I should and shouldn't eat. I hated turning up to the weekly groups for that weigh in (yep you know the ones I mean).
I've lost count of the number of times I've lost and put on the same 4 stones! I probably did 2 or 3 diets a year and I'm pretty sure my Hubby, Tony, was quaking every time I said those immortal words "Starting a diet on Monday".
I was never truly happy with myself, my body image and my inability to be healthy and the guilt just ate me up all the time. I would binge eat when no one was looking at me, ashamed, it's something I didn't share with anyone.
I just never knew why I constantly turned to food to satisfy myself, happy or sad - yep eat! I was juggling my career, my family and relationships and everything was impacting the way I ate.
Everything changed for me in 2020 when I found WILDFIT, a plan that got to the root of my reasons for eating and really helped me to understand about food and how our body works with it.
It transformed my health so much that I couldnt stop talking about it (sorry friends and family). I knew for a long time that I was passionate about health and wellbeing and this was the catalyst for me to jump start my new career. I had to share this with the world so I could transform the lives of people like me and you.
I am now a passionate Certified Health and Wellness Coach and Independent WILDFIT Coach, with an impressive former career as a Finance Director.

Step by Step Approach
We take things slowly and introduce changes once per week to avoid overwhelming you and , importantly, ensuring you are kind to your body and giving it the right messages in the right order. We work on this one early in the programme because it is the key to unlocking lasting change. You will learn how to tune into your dialogue and change the soundtrack you use around food. Learn how to listen to your body and tune out the old soundtrack about yourself and your food. Move from unconsciously choosing foods to eating consciously.

Frequently asked questions...
There are daily video's of 15-30 mins for the first 2 weeks and for the remaining 11 weeks there are two on Monday and Friday. There is a weekly live call for an hour for you to check in, share any challenges and get personalised support. A maximum of two hours per week to invest in your health.
No need to worry, they are recorded and shared in the group. If you work with me one to one then we can agree mutually the right times to have the calls and this can be flexible .
Absolutely it can, the principles are the same! You will learn how to eat healthily and adapt to suit your own food preferences and any allergies too. Please let me know about your allergies when we start working together.
I have coached clients to transform their lives, I know this works and I can guarantee that you will feel better, healthy and energised and when you do , your weight will release naturally. To be honest, you do have to trust in the process, show up , ask questions and get the support you need and be accountable for your health.
