Before certifying as a Health and Wellbeing Coach, I had a successful career as a CFO in large, complex organisations, who focussed on transformation and change.
I thrived under pressure, but was constantly juggling my career, workload and deadlines with my personal life and family.
Striving to be a perfectionist and successful in everything I did, I experienced periods of high stress and overwhelm which ultimately resulted in an unhealthy lifestyle, body and mind.
My rock bottom point was during COVID and my lifestyle choices caught up with me and hit me like a train! I was forced to make some drastic changes to my lifestyle, which ultimately led me to retrain so I could make a difference to corporate wellbeing.
